EXCHANGES: Exchanges are easy! Simply enclose a copy of your invoice with your unwanted item(s) and a note indicating exactly what you would like instead. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we have hundreds of items from which you can choose an exchange. Merchandise may be exchanged under the following conditions: All merchandise MUST be exchanged 30 days from the receipt AND in the original packaging as received, unused and undamaged. The customer will pay the return shipping fees to our location. There are no additional shipping charges or restocking fees for exchanges. *Please note that there are NO EXCHANGES on hosiery or bodystockings. RETURNS: Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return. *Refunds will be delayed on packages received without invoices or order number. Refunds are issued within one week from the date your return has been received. Any return that is received 60 days or more after the original purchase is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The balance will be credited to the credit card that initiated the initial purchase. We DO NOT offer refunds on sunglasses, hosiery, bodystockings or clearance items. (All clearance items have CLEARANCE in the title.) Refunds or credit will not be issued for products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or soiled. There is no refund on shipping charges. INTERNATIONAL SALES: All customs fees, duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to the original purchase/shipment and to the product return shipments. Packages that are undeliverable or refused by the customer will not be refunded for shipping charges. Shipping Policy:
We ship Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm MST. Last call for express orders to be shipped the same day is 2pm MST. Express orders include: Fedex Priority Overnight, Fedex Standard Overnight, Fedex 2-Day, and Fedex Express Saver. If you are wondering about when your express order will ship, please call with your order number ready for confirmation! All items are shipped within 72 hours. Rush delivery available on request (an additional fee may apply) For international shipping we offer US Postal Service which has delivery confirmation but no tracking numbers. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may take up to 5 weeks. More expensive and faster is FedEx International which has tracking and is guaranteed. All Shipping costs for domestic or international are shown at checkout after you have entered your shipping address and before you are asked to pay for an order.
