Old fashioned cotton skirt is accented with floral lace and embroidery. Has endless versatile styles: drawstring waist can be gathered tightly all around, or gathered at the back for a full bustle skirt. Solid white. One size fits all. Measures approx. 38" long, waist is gathered and expands to about 58" around. Full, basic fit. Can also be made with an elastic waist - let us know your preference in the notes.
