Rich Brown & Black with Gold Victorian Touring Hat This is lovely touring hat is designed to look like the old ones.The crown is a rich brown, much darker than the picture depicts. The front has an elegant array of rust colored feathers , green & gold leaves, pinecone and berries. The brim has a layer of 4" black lace all around the hat.
