Description
Very elegant red Victorian hat. Dainty French hat with a velvet crown in purple. Red straw hat base trimmed all around with red lace. Hat is turned up on each side, very stylish. Accented with red flowers, beading, and netting. Red tulle is gathered at the back and hangs down approx. 27". Has an elastic chin strap attached and could also be held in place with a hat pin. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 12" across.
