Description
A very chic Victorian style hat. Ivory straw hat base, trimmed all around with black ostrich feathers and floral lace. The crown has black floral designed tulle. Accented with a small peacock - bird, large black satin bow, and a large black veil. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 12" across. Has an elastic chin strap attached, and a hat pin could also be used to hold the hat in place.
