Description
A beautiful large Victorian hat in solid black. Straw hat base trimmed all around in feathers and roses. Accented with netting, a bird, and large feather plumes. The crown is in velvet. Tulle gathered generously at the back in many layers. One size fits all. Hat measures approx. 17" across. We recommend that a hat pin is used to hold the hat in place, since it has a shallow crown.
