Mary Katherine Small Victorian Hat

This small tan straw hat has a black velvet crown, roses, hydrangeas and ostrich feathers in the front and a long ivory ruffle and train in the back. The hat measure 7.5" across and 11" front to back. The inside circumference is 20.5". These is also an elastic band that can go under the chin. Delightful and elegant.
